1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to beetpawa. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and beetpawa as the platform operator. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the beetpawa platform — whether via website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained herein.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using the beetpawa platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Member Eligibility

Use of the beetpawa platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. beetpawa reserves the right to verify any user's eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet the stated requirements.

• You must be 18 years and above to register and use the beetpawa platform.
• You must register under your own real name and may not register on behalf of another person.
• You may not register more than one active account. Holding multiple accounts may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list enforced by BeetPawa or any relevant authority.

3 Account Registration

To fully enjoy the services offered by beetpawa, you will need to register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. beetpawa applies an identity verification (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all members.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You must notify BeetPawa immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• BeetPawa may request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, passport or other supporting documents.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may be temporarily frozen until verification is complete.

The KYC process at beetpawa is handled to the highest security standards. All documents you submit are stored with encryption and accessed only by authorised personnel.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

BeetPawa provides a variety of secure payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed through certified payment gateways protected by 256-bit encryption.

• Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• BeetPawa does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account used for the deposit, or to an account verified through the KYC process.
• BeetPawa reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if suspicious activity is detected or additional verification is required.
• Any attempt to process transactions linked to illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BeetPawa offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each offer.

• The wagering requirements for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the offer is issued.
• Bonuses may only be claimed in accordance with the stated eligibility criteria. Each bonus is generally only claimable once unless stated otherwise.
• BeetPawa reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through misuse of the promotions system.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• BeetPawa reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the beetpawa platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. beetpawa ensures that all games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by a recognised independent body.

• The outcome of every game is determined entirely at random by our certified RNG system. No party, including beetpawa, can influence or predict game results.
• Game results recorded by the beetpawa system are final. In the event of any discrepancy between the client display and server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Any technical disruption occurring during active gameplay will be resolved in accordance with beetpawa's existing technical disruption policy.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method of play is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

7 User Conduct

BeetPawa is committed to maintaining a safe, fair and enjoyable platform environment for all members. Certain behaviours are therefore not acceptable on our platform.

The following are strictly prohibited on the beetpawa platform:

• Any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of the gaming system.
• Use of unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit any bugs or system vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to our team immediately.
• Offensive, threatening or harassing language directed at staff or other members.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

BeetPawa reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including freezing or terminating the accounts involved and reporting to the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Account Termination

Your BeetPawa account may be terminated either at your own request or by BeetPawa for specific reasons.

• Termination by User: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the BeetPawa support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard policy.
• Termination by beetpawa: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach any term in this document, engage in fraudulent activity, or for security and regulatory reasons.
• Effects of Termination: Once an account is terminated, you will no longer be permitted to access the beetpawa platform. Any winnings or bonuses obtained through unauthorised means will be forfeited.

9 Liability Limit

BeetPawa provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, BeetPawa cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability under all circumstances.

• BeetPawa is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet failures or issues beyond our control.
• BeetPawa is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling decisions made by users.
• Under no circumstances shall BeetPawa's liability to any user exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• BeetPawa is not responsible for any content or actions by third parties that may affect your experience on the platform.

10 Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data is a priority for beetpawa. We collect, process and store your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

11 Responsible Gaming
